Seeking a group Home/Assisted living facility for my brother. His primary diagnosis is Schizophrenia with a Borderline Intellectual Functioning disorder. He resides in a nursing home, StoneRise, Moundsville, WV. His counselor and myself agree that he would be better odd in a group home/assisted living facility. He's on Medicade and at times, uses a wheel chair. Legally, I'm his POA and Guardian.
