The Mental Health Community Residence Program of Pembroke House provides residential rehabilitation services to adults recovering from serious mental health problems.
The program consists of five group homes with a total of 71 beds and 38 apartments with a total of 54 beds.
Services provided:
- Individual and group counseling
- Recreational
- Educational and vocational programs
- Independent living skills training
- Monitoring of physical and mental health needs
- Coordination with other service providers
