Mt. Moriah mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, home for women who are motivated to escape homelessness.
They provide residency, food, transportation, job training, life-skills training, counseling, and mentoring.
Whether re-entering society from incarceration, rehab, or homeless due to economic disaster, the women of their program are empowered to regain control of their circumstances through a systematic, challenging, series of goal setting and growth exercises.
The Home is transitional group housing.
Each resident has her own bed and personal space.
The residence is equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities as well as recreational living space.
Due to the sensitive nature of their ministry and the clients they serve, the physical location of the home is kept secret.
