My 39 year old daughter is mentally challenged. She suffers with bipolar skizo-affective. She needs to be in a home where she can receive 24/7 days a week care. She has Humana insurance, which covers her mental behavioral health.. She also has Medicaid/Medicare. She needs a good home. Can they accept her?
