My brother is mental patient who has lived in a group home for 20 years in Lebanon. He is wanting to leave where he is and move somewhere else. He is on Medicare / Medicaid and has an Atena policy which is zero premiums and copays. He is 62 years old. He has trouble staying on medications. His SS income is about $1370 per month. He has no other income. If he wanted to move to your place, could you take him under the above conditions? I'm his oldest brother. I can not care for him and that is why he has been in group home all these years.
