Sunrise Farms offers Residential Care Services include supportive and health supervision services provided in a licensed residential setting.

Supportive services for the person include: 

• Up to 24 hour supervision 
• Meal preparation 
• Individualized home management tasks 
• Socialization 
• Assistance in setting up meetings and appointments 
• Assistance in arranging medical and social services 
• Assistance with management of personal funds 
• Coordinating or providing transportation

Health supervision services may include minimal assistance with: 

• Dressing, grooming and bathing 
• Reminding a person to take medications that are self-administered 
• Providers with home care licenses through the Minnesota Department of Health may also offer medication distribution or storage
