Hello, my husband and I are in search of a place where his disabled brother can live. He lived alone for 26 yrs in his own home. He sold it in Dec. and hoped to move south - but things did not work out - he is back and now staying with us. He is 63 yrs old, Walks slow - with a limp from a motorcycle accident 40 yrs ago. He is slowing down noticeably but he does want to get his own place. He does receive a monthly disability check. ..and has some cash from the selling of his small home. Can you advise, please?
