Hope Community Services:
HOPE Community offers transitional housing and supportive services for 164 homeless men women and children.
Each guest works with a case manager to identify personal goals and develop their Individual Service Plan.
These plans will target physical and mental health issues education and employment goals and/or disability issues and payments.

I’m Ricardo Hill I been living in Tallahassee for a year now . I had a hope with my girlfriend but we had to move out because of health issues and the house was not livable no more we have continuously mold growing in the house my girlfriend got sick so we had to move out she has a place to go but I have nowhere to go I work two jobs faithfully I work at Fsu in the morning time and I work at the florida farm bureau downtown College St., Tallahassee, FL I was looking for somewhere to stay I have little Money but I get paid every two weeks from Fsu and I get paid twice a month from my part-time job which is the Florida Farm Bureau I’m looking for some type of living assistance.
What type of assistance do you have for someone who is homeless and is Mentally Disabled please?
